Shipping & Delivery Policy
Effective Date: 7 August 2026 · Last Updated: 7 August 2026
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how CraftCore processes, dispatches and delivers orders within the United Kingdom. Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory rights available to Consumers.
1. Delivery Area
CraftCore currently delivers to addresses within England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland (subject to courier availability). We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Assembly Time
Every CraftCore system is built individually. Our normal production time is up to seven (7) working days. Production time begins once payment has cleared, fraud prevention checks have been completed, and all required components are available. Build times are estimates and may vary due to supplier availability, seasonal demand, or circumstances outside CraftCore's reasonable control.
3. Quality Assurance
Before dispatch, every system undergoes quality assurance procedures including:
- visual inspection and hardware verification;
- BIOS configuration;
- Windows installation (where applicable) and driver installation;
- thermal testing, CPU and GPU stress testing;
- memory and storage diagnostics;
- stability testing and final inspection.
This process helps reduce the likelihood of faults during delivery.
4. Courier
CraftCore currently ships using DPD. If operational requirements make it necessary, CraftCore may use an alternative courier providing a comparable level of service.
5. Dispatch
Once an order has passed final testing and quality assurance, the Customer will normally receive confirmation that the Goods have been dispatched. Where available, tracking information will be provided by email or through the courier's tracking service.
6. Delivery Times
Following dispatch, delivery times depend upon the courier's network. Although most deliveries are completed promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, road closures, courier operational issues, industrial action, public holidays, or force majeure events. CraftCore is not responsible for delays caused solely by the courier after dispatch, although we will provide reasonable assistance in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
7. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address supplied is complete and accurate. CraftCore is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect information provided by the Customer. Where an incorrect address results in additional courier costs, CraftCore may recover those reasonable costs.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, the address cannot be accessed, delivery instructions are insufficient, or the parcel is refused without lawful reason, the courier may attempt redelivery, retain the parcel at a local depot, or return the Goods to CraftCore. Additional delivery charges may apply where a further dispatch is required due to circumstances within the Customer's control.
9. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect both the packaging and the Goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery. If visible damage is identified, Customers should take photographs of the packaging, retain all packaging materials, contact CraftCore promptly, and avoid disposing of damaged packaging until advised. These steps assist CraftCore in investigating courier claims but do not affect the Customer's statutory rights.
10. Risk and Ownership
Risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the Customer when the Goods are delivered to the specified delivery address. Legal ownership of the Goods transfers only after full payment has been received and the Goods have been dispatched. Until ownership transfers, CraftCore retains legal title to the Goods.
11. Delivery Delays
Where significant delays occur before dispatch, CraftCore will make reasonable efforts to notify the Customer and provide an updated estimate. If circumstances arise that make fulfilment impossible, CraftCore may offer an alternative component, delay dispatch, or cancel the order and issue a full refund.
12. Packaging
CraftCore takes reasonable care to package Goods securely for transport using protective foam inserts, anti-static packaging, reinforced shipping cartons, internal transit protection, and tamper-evident sealing where appropriate. Customers should remove internal transit protection before operating the system and follow any instructions supplied with the product.
13. Lost Parcels
If a parcel is believed to be lost in transit, Customers should notify CraftCore as soon as reasonably practicable. CraftCore will investigate with the courier and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
