1. Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 Definitions
Throughout this Legal Pack the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires.
Business — CraftCore, the trading name of the business operating the website at https://craftcore.co.uk.
Customer — Any individual, company, organisation or other legal entity purchasing goods or services from CraftCore.
Consumer — Has the meaning given within the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Business Customer — Any person purchasing products wholly or mainly for use in connection with their trade, business, profession or occupation.
Contract — The legally binding agreement between CraftCore and the Customer created once an Order has been accepted.
Goods — Any computer system, component, peripheral, accessory or other item supplied by CraftCore.
Custom Built Computer — A computer assembled specifically to the Customer's chosen specification.
Working Day — Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in England.
Warranty Period — Twenty-four (24) months beginning on the date the Goods are delivered.
Lifetime Technical Support — Hardware-related technical support provided to the original purchaser for the operational lifetime of the purchased system, subject to these Terms.
Fault — A manufacturing defect or failure caused through normal intended use. Fault does not include accidental damage, cosmetic damage, misuse, software corruption, malware, viruses, user modifications, overclocking damage, physical damage, liquid damage, or electrical surge damage, unless otherwise required by law.
2. Business Information

3. Scope of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through the Website, quotations, custom-built computer systems, warranty services, technical support, repair services, replacement parts, website usage, and communications between CraftCore and Customers.
4. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing the Website, placing an Order, requesting a quotation, making payment, accepting delivery, or requesting warranty services, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If a Customer does not agree with these Terms they must not place an Order.
5. Eligibility to Purchase
Customers must be at least eighteen years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. CraftCore reserves the right to refuse any Order where fraudulent activity is suspected.
6. Orders
The display of Goods on the Website constitutes an invitation to treat. A Contract is formed only when full payment has been successfully received, payment verification completed, component availability confirmed, and CraftCore issues an Order Confirmation by email. The Customer is responsible for ensuring all information submitted is complete and accurate.
7. Bespoke Computer Systems
Every CraftCore computer is individually assembled to the Customer's selected specification. Each system is considered bespoke or made-to-order. The Customer is solely responsible for selecting the desired hardware configuration. Customers may request changes to an order before assembly commences, subject to component availability, pricing adjustments and technical compatibility. Once assembly has commenced, specification changes cannot normally be accommodated.
8. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£). Full payment is required before any work begins. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. CraftCore does not store or have access to Customers' full payment card details.
9. Delivery
CraftCore currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Typical production time is up to seven (7) working days from the date the Contract is formed. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. CraftCore uses DPD (or an equivalent courier) to deliver orders. Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is complete and accurate.
10. Ownership and Risk
Legal ownership of the Goods transfers to the Customer only when full payment has been received and the Goods have been dispatched. Risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon confirmed delivery.
11. Warranty Overview
Subject to these Terms, CraftCore provides a 24-month limited hardware warranty on all custom-built computer systems. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures arising during normal use. It applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
12. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover: accidental damage, liquid damage, electrical damage (power surges, lightning), environmental damage (dust, poor ventilation), software issues (unless directly caused by a hardware defect), RGB software, overclocking damage, or normal wear and tear.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, CraftCore's liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid. CraftCore shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, data, or business interruption.
14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Legal Pack excludes or limits any rights granted to Consumers under applicable legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Where these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer legislation, the applicable legislation shall prevail.
15. Returns and Refunds
CraftCore accepts returns where Goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from the agreed specification. Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided assembly has not commenced. Refunds are processed via the original payment method. 16. Lifetime Technical Support
CraftCore provides lifetime hardware-related technical support to the original purchaser. This covers diagnosing potential hardware faults and guidance on CraftCore-installed hardware. It does not include software installation, malware removal, game optimisation, or support for hardware not supplied by CraftCore.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections, the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction.
